Sydney Contemporary Fine Arts Collective Exhibition 2025
Join a collective of Sydney’s contemporary artists to fill The Shop Gallery Glebe with a vibrant selection of recently produced works, musicians, artists and art and culture lovers with view to building networks and community for inspiration and development of Sydney Arts Scene.
The Exhibition is FREE to enter and is open from 10am Thursday 5th June - Midday Wednesday 11th June 2025 at THE SHOP GALLERY 112 Glebe Point Rd, Glebe NSW.
There is metered vehicle parking on Glebe Point Road, ample bicycle parking and the area is serviced by 433 bus.
All works are verified of professional standard and are for sale.
Soft opening: 10am Thursday 5th June, gallery is open every day for sales and general viewing.
Art Music: 7pm Thursday 5th June 2025: Sonic Horizons Meditation
Sonic Horizons Meditation will present a live "Celtic Music Meditation" where the audience is taken on a beautiful journey of melodic folk music and a guided meditation which takes the listener on a very relaxing experience while listening to music which peaks and lulls in a soundscape of ancient rhythms and accompaniment.

Official Opening: 2pm Saturday 7th June: Artist Talks
Participating Artists will present speeches, demonstrations, tours and other interactive and informational moments to share insights into their personality, process, mediums and other aspects of art making.
This afternoon is for artists, thinkers, students, philosophers, humanitarians and all types who would like to listen to informative speeches - meet the Artists, and learn about their processes.

Art Music: Sunday 8th June 2025: The Music Box Project
"The Music Box Project" are a troupe with a strong connection to Glebe, having previously run an experimental music night at the Glebe Hotel. They will be setting up in the gallery creating a site specific soundscape which responds to The Shop Gallery, and The Sydney Fine Arts Collective works as a stimulus to creating improvised music. Their shows are wildly entertaining and are always full of surprises, you will never forget seeing the ways that this group combine music, movement and merry to put on a very exciting concert. Bring your running shoes to keep up with the musicians and be prepared to see instrumentation and improvisation as you have never seen it done before.
